In memory of his wife, actress/filmmaker Adrienne Shelly, Andy Ostroy has established a nonprofit foundation. Ostroy is chairman/CEO of New York-based list services firm Belardi/Ostroy ALC.

The Adrienne Shelly Foundation will help women pursue filmmaking, in part by establishing a Women's Filmmaking Scholarship Fund.

Shelly was killed on Nov. 1.

Those wanting to contribute can send checks to Belardi/Ostroy ALC, 16 W. 22nd St., 11th Floor, New York, NY 10010. Checks should be made out to The Adrienne Shelly Foundation and postdated Dec. 15, as the legal status of the foundation has not yet been finalized.
